Is the MOQ really 1 piece?
Yes — 1 piece of any stock design, at the same factory price per unit we give wholesalers. Fully custom projects (new scene + logo + packaging) start after a small pilot run; email us your idea for exact numbers.
Do you support dropshipping and private label?
Both. We ship single-piece orders directly to your customers via YunExpress / 4PX, and provide private-label packaging, barcodes, FBA labeling and custom inserts for brand builders.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes. We provide a pre-production sample with your 3D scene, logo and packaging in 5–7 days. Stock-design samples are free of charge; for custom designs a small sample fee applies, which is fully refunded in your mass production order.
How long does mass production take?
Usually 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing (LED base, acrylic cover, special packaging). Rush production lines are reserved for Christmas and Q4 holiday orders — book from August.
What customization options do you offer?
3D scene artwork from scratch, sheet count and calendar layout (365-day / weekly / undated), paper colors, LED wooden base, acrylic dust cover, pen-holder function, laser-engraved logo on the base, and retail-ready gift box or hang-tag packaging.
Are the materials safe for international markets?
We use FSC-certified, acid-free paper and inks compliant with EN71-3 (EU) and CPSIA (US). Third-party test reports from SGS or Intertek are available for your import market upon request.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We ship EXW / FOB Ningbo / CIF / DDP as you prefer. Payment is 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy; PayPal is accepted for sample fees. Amazon FBA labeling and direct-to-warehouse delivery are fully supported.
