Yes — order a single custom light box as a gift, a sample or a market test, at the same factory price per unit we give bulk buyers. Larger runs simply get better unit pricing.

How long do design and production take?

A design proposal with 3D rendering comes within 48 hours. After your approval, the physical sample ships in 5–7 days and mass production takes 15–25 days depending on quantity.

What frames and light options do you offer?

Five frame styles (wood, plastic, round, special shapes, aluminum), warm-white or colorful LED, powered by USB or battery box. Sizes are fully customizable — from pocket pieces to large wall art.

Can you produce copyrighted characters I send you?

We craft themes from the artwork you provide. If you plan to resell licensed characters commercially, obtaining authorization is your responsibility as the brand owner. Our own original designs are 100% IP-free and safe to list anywhere.

Are the materials safe for international markets?

We use FSC-certified paper and inks compliant with EN71-3 (EU) and CPSIA (US). SGS or Intertek test reports are available for your market upon request.

What are your trade and payment terms?

We ship EXW / FOB Shenzhen / CIF / DDP. Payment is 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment; PayPal is accepted for single-piece and sample orders.
